What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
If your package is returned to us, a fee of £12.9 will apply for shipping and handling.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.

Can I return or exchange personalised products?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of personalised products. This is because the item is specially made according to the customer’s own specifications (for example name, date, image or design) and therefore cannot be resold to others. Exceptions only apply if the product has a manufacturing defect or differs from what was ordered.
